Q: How do I add something to my collection or wishlist?
A: You can tap on the heart or the logo of the item to add it to your collection or wishlist. This can be found by clicking on a bottle image from the gallery or the dashboard.
Q: I entered the wrong price or purchase date for a bottle, how do I fix it?
A: You can fix this by tapping on the purchase/sale from your Profile. It will allow you to update the price or date.
Q: How do I remove my username from the leaderboards?
A: You can choose to remove your username from the leaderboards by navigating to the leaderboards and selecting the "gear" icon. This will allow you to redact your username from the leaderboards.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: You can change your username by navigating to the Profile tab and tapping on the username section. This will allow you to change your username.
Q: Why is some of the bottle data incorrect?
A: Each individual bottle was manually added by one person, so sometimes the data may be incorrect. If you find any issues, please reach out to me.
Q: I found a bug when using the app, how do I report it?
A: Please reach out to us at support@thecupboardapp.com or feedback@thecupboardapp.com and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Q: I deleted the app and found my COTD and Custom Bottles are gone, what happened?
A: This data is stored locally on your device. When you delete the app and reinstall it, the data is not transferred to the new device. You will have to manually add your COTD and Custom Bottles again.
Q: Why is X feature locked behind a paywall?
A: Developing and maintaining an app is unfortunately not free. Some features require a paid subscription to help offset the costs. I have ensured that the majority of features are available in the free version, but some additional features require a subscription to help keep the lights on.
Q: Will there be an Android version of the app?
A: Possibly. If all goes well with the release of the iOS version, I will begin working on an Android version. I currently have no ETA, but I will update this section when I have more information.
Q: Can you add more bottle brands to the app?
A: If you have a suggestion for a bottle brand that you would like to see in the app, please reach out to us at feedback@thecupboardapp.com and we will consider adding it if there is enough demand. Adding a new brand requires a lot of work to gather all the data and images, so any help in providing that data increases the likelihood of us adding your suggested brand.

How to Get Started
You can download the app from the iOS App Store. Once you open the app, you'll be prompted to sign up with an email/username or via Google Sign In. After signing up, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account. After verifying your account you may login to the app. Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the onboarding screens. These screens will guide you through adding your first bottle to your collection.
Adding a New Bottle
You can add a new bottle by tapping the brand logo button underneath the bottle image after selecting a bottle. You'll be prompted to enter details such as the price, condition, and purchase date. Once added, the bottle will appear in your collection.
The wishlist works similarly: just tap on the heart logo button underneath the bottle image after selecting a bottle, and it will be added to your wishlist.
Switching Brands
To switch brands, navigate to your Profile tab and click on the "Brand" button. This will display a list of available brands. Select a brand from the list to update the app and display bottles for that brand.
