Cupboard App LLC operates The Cupboard. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our app and services, including the Cupboard plugin in ChatGPT and Codex. By using The Cupboard, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
The separate Cupboard app is free to use with optional premium upgrades that allow access to bonus features, such as the ability to change icon colors. While core functionality remains free, these additional features are available as part of a paid tier.
The Cupboard plugin provides catalog browsing and photo identification without a Cupboard account. Identification candidates are suggestions and may be incorrect; check product details before relying on a match. A match does not establish authenticity, condition, ownership, or value.
Only send photos you have the right to use and share for identification. Keep photos focused on the cup and do not include passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
We may limit request rates, photo size, or simultaneous processing to protect service availability and prevent abuse. Requests may be delayed or rejected when those limits are reached. Do not attempt to bypass these limits or access another session's photos.
Your use of ChatGPT or Codex is also governed by the applicable OpenAI terms. Cupboard App LLC provides the Cupboard plugin; OpenAI operates ChatGPT and Codex.
All trademarks, logos, and product images used within the app, including but not limited to those of Owala, Stanley, HydroJug, and BrüMate, are the property of their respective owners. These materials are used solely for illustrative, editorial, and non-commercial purposes. The Cupboard does not claim ownership over these images or brands.
The Cupboard and all related services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The authors and copyright holders shall not be held liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the app, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any user-generated content that is deemed inappropriate, destructive, or violates our terms of reasonable use. This includes, but is not limited to, removing offensive usernames or correcting entered prices that are clearly inaccurate.
Your email and account-linked app data are stored in a private database. We employ security measures to safeguard your data. The ChatGPT plugin processes selected photos and requests separately and returns results and previews to OpenAI. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices, recipients, retention, and controls.
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage users to review them periodically.
