Owala x Pokémon Is Coming to Target

Overview

Target has started teasing a brand-new Owala x Pokémon collection, and the drop is scheduled for September 16, 2026. The early promo appears to show five designs: Charizard, Gengar, the original starter Pokémon trio, Pikachu, and Eevee.

As of September 9, 2026, official product images for every design, colorway names, sizes, and prices have not been shared.

This collab will go extremely fast, so be prepared. This is a dream collab for many Owala and Pokémon fans alike and is likely to be targeted by scalpers as well, so you’ll need to be on your A game to get one.

Target drops usually happen at 12am PST, so make sure that you put it in your calendar and subscribe to notifications in The Cupboard.

What is confirmed: five Pokémon design themes, a September 16 release date, and Only at Target exclusivity. Everything else is still waiting for the official reveal.

The Five Pokémon Designs

Owala has not revealed the final artwork or product names yet, but this mix already gives the collection a nice range of personalities. The lineup covers classic, cute, fiery, spooky, and nostalgic Pokémon themes without feeling repetitive.

Charizard

Charizard is the obvious pick for collectors who want the boldest bottle. Whether Owala goes for a fiery design or keeps the artwork more subtle, this one will likely get attention quickly.

Gengar

Gengar feels made for an Owala colorway. If the final bottle leans into purple and darker details, this could be one of the fastest fan favorites.

Original Starter Pokémon

The third design appears to feature the original starter trio—Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle—on a dark, starry pattern with Poké Balls. It has a nostalgic look that may appeal to collectors who want several classic Pokémon on one bottle.

The photo below is an image circulating online of an early look at this bottle. It appears as though some Target locations have already started to put them out on the shelves early, so keep your eyes peeled.

Pikachu

Pikachu is the classic crowd-pleaser. It looks like it’ll take a different design direction with the blue background as opposed to Charizard which is seemingly going to be a full, red themed bottle.

Eevee

Eevee rounds out the lineup with a softer fan favorite. Eevee is a beloved Pokémon with endless evolutions to fall in love with.

The full product details have not been announced yet. For now, here is what we know:

Final Thoughts
